Generality of the Plant Glossy Viburnum :
The glossy viburnum is a fast growing plant and can reach heights of 5 m, although for the creation of the hedges they usually stop around 2 m. The leaves of this variety have a bright green color with a very shiny surface. The inflorescences bloom between May and June and have a white color. For the creation of a hedge with these plants they are usually planted at a distance of about 60 cm apart since the growth is very fast. The hedge with these plants can hold up well in both full sun and half shade. The ideal soil for growing this variety should be soft and with excellent drainage, although clay may also be present, but only in the presence of sand and soil in order to avoid stagnation of water that can cause root rot.
