Generality of the Ice Mint Plant:
Ice Mint is a perennial herb high from 30 to 100 cm. It adapts to various types of soil but prefers those deep, loose, fresh but without water stagnation. The leaves are large, light green and rounded. The fresh leaves of Mint Cocktail are used in the famous Mojito. Very used as an ingredient in fruit salads, ice creams, sweets, syrups, cold drinks with milk and tea. The fresh leaves enrich the salads with flavor and can be used in fillings, soups, risottos and stews. Cultivation and Care of the Ice Mint Plant:
We advise you to place the plant in a soft, fertile, porous and well draining soil as this shrub does not like stagnant water. Therefore, heavy and clayey soils should be avoided.
